Richard is the founder of the Seasons Bali and he specialises in addictive behaviour. After 17 years of active addiction, Richard found recovery in 1985. Inspired by his own experiences, he has spent his entire recovery working with addicts, alcoholics and their families.

Richard held various positions in major health care institutions in Victoria, Australia before starting his own facility, the Hader Clinic, in 1997.
