Why doesn’t Seasons Bali display price?

Seasons Bali does not display price because we frequently run special discounts. We can safely say, however, that we are considerably cheaper than attending a program in Australia, Europe or America. Our programs deliver a high level of expertise and care, giving our clients great value for money. Please call or email our Client Liaison Team for full details.

How do I know if I need rehab?

If you cannot manage or control your life because of addiction to drugs or alcohol, you need to go to rehab and get proper help. When a person starts to show signs of addiction, it is best to contact an addiction specialist who can better assess the situation. The earlier that the problem is addressed with the help of a professional, the easier it is for everyone concerned.

Why do you recommend a 90 day rehab program?

We recommend that clients stay for 90 days because this length of program produces the best results. Independent research as well as our experience shows that clients who stay for 3 months or longer in drug and alcohol rehab have the highest chance of remaining drug and alcohol free. This is especially so when clients are suffering from a dual diagnosis. This length of stay gives all clients the chance to really practice this new way of life.

What is your success rate?

Any rehab that categorially claims a success rate is not being entirely transparent. This is actually a really hard thing to measure. Some people claim a really high success rate but really the number they quote reflects the percentage of people who complete the program. As a 12 step based rehab, Seasons Bali sets the bar pretty high. A success for us is someone who remains off all mind and mood altering drugs for 1 year after completing the program.

Can I exercise?

Seasons Bali incorporates daily exercise into the schedule and this has been designed in a way to help our clients establish balance in their lives. We have also treated a number of professional athletes who must adhere to a training schedule. This is taken on a case by case basis in consultation with our Medical and Clinical Teams.

When can I have visitors?

Seasons Bali allows visitors at the rehab on Sundays with prior consent of the Clinical Team. If visitors are travelling from overseas and Sunday does not suit, special arrangements can be made for Saturday. Clients staying for longer than 30 days in rehab can apply for weekend leave to spend time with family members. All visits must be approved by the Clinical Team.

What if I am really ill?

The Seasons Bali Medical Team have extensive experience of assisting clients through withdrawal from drugs and alcohol. They can facilitate the majority of situations. We also have strong links with BMIC and Siloam Hospital, which provide a Western standard of medical care. We also insist that all our client’s purchase travel insurance before they come to Bali in case they fall ill unexpectedly and need to return home.

Are all elements of the program compulsory?

Yes, all elements of the Seasons Bali Primary Program are compulsory. Members of the group can be excused from certain activities for medical reasons and may not be able to partake in some activities while on detox. For the Transitional Program and Outpatient Program there are certain aspects which are compulsory and some which are optional.

When can I make phone calls?

We understand that it is important to be able to communicate with your loved ones while in residence. Every Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday the clients have ‘Tech Time’ where they can speak to family and friends. If there are matters that need a client’s attention at other times this is can be facilitated with the approval of the Clinical Team.

Can I use my computer?

On Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday clients can use their computers during ‘Tech Time’. We understand that sometimes people need to use their computers at other times and they can with the Clinical Team’s approval.
